Due to program requirements, this particular position must be filled by a person with a disability.JOB SUMMARYDetail oriented and calm under pressure, our Alarm Monitors use a multi-screen computer, phone, and multiple radios to receive and support incoming requests for assistance. Efficient and accurate collection and processing of key information is critical so the correct personnel and equipment are dispatched to the scene of an emergency. Provides National Crime Information Center (NCIC) queries, provides intrusion detection and fire/smoke alarm monitoring services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESDetail oriented and calm under pressure, our Alarm Monitors use a multi-screen computer, phone, and multiple radios to receive and support incoming requests for assistance.
