Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), guiding clients through their healing journey with empathy and understanding.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards, thus upholding the integrity of our practice.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals in regular case consultations, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client care and foster holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia is essential.
  • Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating a commitment to delivering personalized, effective care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience
