Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs and strengths, enabling the development of customized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, ensuring approaches are tailored to foster personal growth and well-being.
• Set clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment based on client progress and feedback.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing challenges in traditional in-person therapy settings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in line with ethical standards, which includes clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities including workshops, training, and peer supervision to enhance skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in team meetings to share insights and strategies that contribute to client care and organizational best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Counselors will work closely with these clients to create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. By employing tailored interventions, you will help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms, resilience, and pathways to recovery.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD, demonstrating your qualification to practice in clinical settings.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect and build rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
