No CDL is required, and prior delivery experience is a plus but not required .We provide the delivery vehicle, gas, smartphone, uniforms, and equipment you need to do the job.Compensation: $21.25/hourBenefits of Working at Rooster Logistics:$21.25/hour starting payWeekly paychecks4-day workweekApproximately 10-hour shiftsPTO begins accruing immediatelyMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance available after 30 daysTuition Reimbursement available after 90 daysOpportunities for performance incentives and bonusesOpportunities for advancementCompany-provided delivery vehicle and gasCompany-provided smartphone and uniformsTwo paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal breakSchedule: Full-time employees typically work 4 days per week and must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).What You'll DoAs a Delivery Associate, you'll spend your day delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout the area while providing safe, dependable and professional service.Your responsibilities will include:Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicleComplete pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspectionsLoad and organize packages for an efficient delivery routeDeliver packages accurately and on timeUse a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning and communicationFollow all traffic laws, safety procedures and company policiesProvide friendly and professional service to customersAssist other team members with deliveries when neededWork independently while remaining part of a supportive delivery teamQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForMust be 21 years of age or olderMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust have a valid, unrestricted driver's licenseMust be able to safely operate a delivery vehicleMust be able to communicate effectively and understand instructions necessary to safely perform the jobMust successfully complete required pre-employment screeningMust be dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working independentlyNo CDL required.
