Shift: 2nd Shift We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Assembly workers for a manufacturing facility in Cusseta, Alabama. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and production standards.

Job Duties

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Inspect completed parts for defects and quality issues
• Load and unload parts from production stations as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain production speed and meet daily production goals
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Report damaged parts, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors
• Work as part of a team to keep the production line running efficiently

Skills and Experience

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be available to work 2nd shift and overtime as required
