Remote Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. This is a remote position based in Austin, Texas, and we are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Conduct research and gather information for various projects
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive team
• Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
