About the Role We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization and help build, automate, and scale the cloud platform powering our healthcare technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving developer productivity, and driving cloud modernization initiatives. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll work closely with Software Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable cloud infrastructure. You'll lead infrastructure-as-code initiatives, optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve platform reliability, mentor fellow engineers, and help shape our long-term cloud strategy. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who is passionate about automation, continuous improvement, technical leadership, and building platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster with confidence. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and consistency. Partner with software engineers to streamline application deployments and operational workflows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks. Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, governance, and compliance controls. Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to the engineering platform. Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, including future cloud modernization and migration initiatives. Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching on infrastructure, automation, cloud engineering, and operational excellence. Promote engineering best practices through documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a technical leader, helping establish standards, improve engineering processes, and influence platform direction.
