About who needs care: Confusion and difficulties speaking (aphasia)
About the care needs: Someone who is patient. Dad is becoming more confused and he knows it, so he is starting to lie about things he knows he shouldn't be doing (driving). He is very sweet but sometimes needs some persuasion. He needs most help with med management and transportation
Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
