Mgr. Major Gift Program, FT, Piedmont Columbus MidtownOverviewCultivates and stewards an active portfolio of 75-125 prospective and current donors through best practice development techniques to secure philanthropic support and meet annual revenue goals. Oversees and executes a broad development strategy for a major strategic service line of Piedmont Healthcare (e.g., Cardiovascular, Oncology, Transplant, Neurosciences). Develops and implements measurable activities to accomplish development goals, including individual donor cultivation, asks, and foundation grant requests. Establishes and maintains effective relationships within Piedmont Healthcare and keeps abreast of current events, healthcare trends, and fundraising trends within the Piedmont system and healthcare in general.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in communications, marketing, development, business, or a closely related field (required).Work Experience5 years of responsible professional work experience in development, marketing, communications, or a closely related field, including three (3) years of development-related activities (required).Demonstrated results in initiating relationships, cultivating interests, and securing support and participation (required).Experience with a donor database system (required).Licenses and CertificationsN/A.#J-18808-Ljbffr
