Location: Various locations across Georgia

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment andselection process.
• Oversee employee onboardingand orientation programs.
• Administer employee benefitsand compensation programs.
• Handle employee relationsissues and provide conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with laborlaws and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviewsand provide feedback to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in humanresources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in human resources management.
• Strong understanding of HRpractices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multipletasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in HR softwareand systems.
