Your Role at Dollar Tree:As a Store Manager in Training at Dollar Tree, youll engage in on-the-job training to learn how to manage the profitable operations of your assigned store by maintaining a high standard for merchandising, placement, and store signage and by using proper display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
