Across every role, we harness data and AI to work smarter, move faster, and create breakthrough solutions that improve health outcomes for people.Work ScheduleMonday - Thursday 8:00 am‑5:30 pm with 1‑hour lunch break, Friday 8:00 am‑2:00 pm (no lunch break) and rotating Saturdays.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.Maintain patient and specimen information logs.Provide superior customer service to all patients.Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.Travel to additional sites when needed.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program.2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist.2 years or more clinical experience in a hospital.Preferred Qualifications5 years or more of phlebotomy experience.2 years or more office or lab experience.Additional Job StandardsIn lieu of work experience, a phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required.Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently or in a team environment.Comfortable working under minimal supervision.Reliable transportation.Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or a client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company.
