TJX - 2185 Tiger Town Parkway - Responsibilities: Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses; Oversee key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving; Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates; Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency
