Veterinary Client Service Representative Join our team at Buena Vista Road Animal Hospital in Columbus, GA and make a difference in the lives of pets and their care givers! As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the face and voice of Buena Vista Road Animal Hospital. Daily Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Assist clients with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries Process payments and handle billing inquiries Provide information on services and products offered Manage client records and update information as needed Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary team Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Required Skills (including, but not limited to): Ability to follow directions: verbal and written Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills in person and over the phone Excellent written communication skills. Ability to explain services provided and associated estimates. Ability to manage and organize schedules Nice to Have Skills: Previous Veterinary Office Experience Animal Handling Salary and Benefits: This position offers an hourly rate between $ 14 - 16 as a start pay, with potential to increase rapidly with progress and performance.
