Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotion
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to customer reviews on various platforms
  • Continuously improve customer service skills through training and personal development
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
