Wesley Glen Ministries is looking for full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a real impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.As a DSP in our Community Program, you will be more than just a caregiver—you will be an advocate, mentor, and supporter, helping residents live a fulfilling life .What You'll Do: Take ownership of creating a safe, clean, and engaging environment.Support residents with daily life skills like meal preparation, hygiene, and housekeeping.Ensure medication is properly managed and documented.Encourage personal growth by facilitating social activities and skill-building opportunities.Accurately document progress and communicate updates to the team.Drive residents to community events, and recreational activities.Actively engage in problem-solving and be flexible when challenges arise.Be a team player—reliable, punctual, and willing to step up when needed.Why Join Us?
