• Be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Attendance sensitive
• Reliable form of transportation
• May be asked to work overtime occasionally
• Experience of Basic hand tools and power tools
• Any skilled trade or knowledge is a plus
