Job Description Job Description Maintenance TechServing Condo & HOA Communities Throughout Central OhioWe are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Tech to join our growing team supporting multiple condominium and HOA properties throughout Central Ohio. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and want steady opportunities with a professional property management team, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities Include:Perform routine, preventative, and scheduled maintenance across multiple propertiesDiagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and drainage concernsHandle basic electrical repairs and troubleshootingComplete carpentry repairs and general building maintenancePerform minor roofing and siding repairs/replacementsAssist with groundskeeping, property cleanup, and exterior maintenance as neededRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service callsMaintain accurate work orders, material records, and maintenance schedulesEnsure all properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintainedCommunicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team membersQualifications:Experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or property maintenanceWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and exterior repairsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality work and maintenance work order record keepingAbility to work independently and manage multiple job sitesPhysical ability to remain active throughout the workdayReliable transportation/work vehicle requiredMust provide own basic hand toolsWork Schedule:8-hour shifts M-F (on call emergencies, if needed)Work Location:In-person / onsite at various condo & HOA communities throughout Central OhioPrimary reporting area: Hilliard, OH 43026Requirements:Ability to commute to multiple job sites throughout Central OhioOwn transportation/work vehicle to job sitesWhy Join Us?Become part of a team that values professionalism, reliability, and quality service.
