Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, dock spaces, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor entries, exits, and visitor activity while communicating professionally with drivers, employees, contractors, and guests; Document observations, incidents, and policy-related issues, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed
