IHG Hotels - Fort Benning - Responsibilities: Ensure hotel rooms and suites are clean, fresh, and welcoming to guests; Assist guests with requests (e.g., toothbrushes, directions) and report needs to supervisor; Monitor and log lost and found items and respond according to procedures; Work with other departments to maintain quality service and hotel procedures; May assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties as assigned
