Sinceri Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Coordinate resident care related to medications and adherence to scope of practice; Supervise medication room operations and documentation; Pour, pass, and assist with administration of medications in accordance with regulations; Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies; Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed
