Herc Rentals - - Responsibilities: Lead fleet maintenance operations to keep equipment on the rental ready line; Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on Herc fleet equipment; Diagnose engines, electrical, hydraulics, and fuel systems; conduct major repairs using diagnostic tools; Enter and review work orders and order parts via fleet management system; produce service reports; Mentor and train B and C level mechanics; maintain clean and organized shop environment
