Moving Foreman

The Wise Guys Moving Foreman is responsible to lead his crew, responsibly care for WGM equipment, interface with the customer, plan the on-site safe packing, loading, transport and unloading of the customers items and communicate with the WGM Dispatch/Management.

Qualities: 2+ years moving experience Management/crew lead skills Good with people Apt to teach Lifelong learner Thorough Patient Responsible Honest/Integrity

Responsibilities/Duties: Communicating with customers Handling furniture with care Loading a truck efficiently Driving Truck (License) Good driving record - MVR Consistently adhering to WGM standards Managing a crew Leadership and Coaching Ensuring responsible use of moving equipment Effective team member
