divh2Road Crew Operator/h2pJob Category: Entertainment Events Requisition Number: ROADC009844/ppPosted: May 16, 2026/ppPart-Time/ppOn-site/ppPine Mountain, GA 31822, USA/ph3Description/h3pResponsibilities and Duties/pulliAssist with daily transportation and traffic flow operations throughout the property/liliSupport shuttle, trolley, tram, and special event transportation services/liliSet up, monitor, and remove traffic control devices including cones, barricades, signs, and lane closures/liliDirect vehicle and pedestrian traffic during high-volume events and peak operational periods/liliCoordinate with Public Safety and event staff regarding road closures, emergency access, and transportation routing/liliMonitor loading and unloading zones to maintain safe operations/liliProvide guests with directions, event information, and transportation assistance/liliAssist with parking operations during festivals, weddings, holiday events, and special activities/liliConduct routine inspections of assigned vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns/liliMaintain radio communication with dispatch and supervisors/liliRespond professionally to changing operational needs and weather conditions/liliAssist with ADA transportation accommodations when required/liliSupport emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed/li/ulpQualifications/ppEducation Experience:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED preferred/liliValid drivers license with acceptable driving record required/liliPrevious transportation, traffic control, security, hospitality, or event operations experience preferred/liliAbility to safely operate golf carts, shuttles, trolleys, or utility vehicles preferred/liliStrong communication and customer service skills/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team/liliAbility to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or high-stress situations/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliLong hours are sometimes required./liliExerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects./liliAbility to stand for long hours at a time./liliAbility to sit for extended periods of time./li/ulpSkills Qualifications:/pulliBe able to positively motivate and lead a team, conveying information and ideas clearly and effectively so that ownership of high levels of guest service is understood to be the role of each individual team member./liliBe able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately/liliBe able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity, including the ability to listen carefully to and resolve guest issues to the satisfaction of the affected guests./liliBe able to identify potential guest issues and then develop methodologies to prevent or limit the impact of those guest issues during guest visits./liliBe able to assimilate complex information and data for various sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the need./liliBe able to effectively listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by team members and guests./liliBe able to work with and understand financial information and data and perform basic math functions./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
