In this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial systems, delivering expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep our customers' businesses running efficiently. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and chillers Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and peak performance Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Work with building automation systems (BAS) and controls as applicable Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teams Provide detailed service documentation, recommendations, and estimates Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Participate in an on-call rotation as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across a range of systems EPA Certification required Experience with controls/BAS systems preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Comfortable working on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience (hourly + overtime + performance incentives) Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Ongoing technical training and career advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work with a growing company Supportive team culture that values safety and quality Why Energy Savers?
