Manpower - - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and boilers; Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems; Execute work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision; Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting client operations; Travel within assigned territory to support multiple client sites and ensure optimal system performance
