Structured switching and strapping with predictable shifts and steady hours.

Pay

• $1,100 $1,500 average weekly
• Hourly pay model
• A Shift: $20/hr | $30/hr OT
• B Shift: $22/hr | $33/hr OT
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 48 60 hours per week

The Work

• Yard switching and strapping
• 11 17 trailer moves per shift
• 1-mile hauls
• No-touch freight
• Drop & hook
• 12-hour shifts
• 48 60 hours per week
  
  

Schedule

• A Shift: 6AM 6PM
• B Shift: 6PM 6AM
• 4 or 5-day workweeks
• A Shift: Monday Friday
• B Shift: Sunday Friday

Requirements

• 18+ months switching experience
• Clean MVR (FMCSA compliant)
• High school diploma or GED

Wage Range: 1100.00 - 1500.00 per week
