Stars & Strikes - - Responsibilities: Provides professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures; Troubleshoots pinsetter machines; Oils lanes/Buff approaches; Performs service on pinsetters correcting pin jams, ball returns, and minor malfunctions and recording these on stop sheets; Cleans and maintains the proper condition of lanes, approaches, pin decks, kickbacks, and ball returns
