Job Details

This position is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by receiving exceptional customer service and product information. This position will also support with opening and closing the store and perform select managerial duties as necessary. Minimum Eligibility Requirements. High School Diploma or GED 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency Essential Functions.
