Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace programs. This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting production readiness for complex components in a highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities* Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and process engineering solutions for aerospace components* Lead and support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and FAI (First Article Inspection) activities* Create and maintain PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify and mitigate risks* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production* Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications* Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective/preventive actionsRequired Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)* 3-8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering / process engineering* Strong experience with PPAP, FAI, and PFMEA* Experience working in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environmentsPreferred Qualifications* Experience with aerospace components or engine systems* Familiarity with lean manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies* Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
