As a Mechanic, youll play a critical role in the overhaul, repair, and assembly of advanced jet engines that power commercial and military aircraft around the world. Working in a hands-on, team-driven environment, youll apply your mechanical expertise to ensure engines are restored to peak performance, safety, and reliability. This is a 1st Shift position: Monday Thursday 5:00 am 3:30 pm. What You Will Do: Work as a member of a team responsible for turbine engine, engine module, or component maintenance in accordance withpublished work instructions and approved technical data. Utilize common hand tools as well as a wide variety of tooling and fixtures to assemble/disassembly and test a jet engine. Ensure all phases of assembly/disassembly as specified by work instructions, comply with required self-inspection or peer inspection of critical processes ensuring adherence to quality standards.
