We're hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to join Adient and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll assess current-state plant performance, identify gaps, and lead the roadmap to future-state results. You'll partner with plant leadership to deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, cost savings, and best-in-class operational performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead plant-wide continuous improvement strategy and execution
• Drive Lean, DMAIC, Six Sigma, and process improvement projects
• Build and coach teams including Lean Implementers, Green Belts, and Black Belts
• Develop CI profit plans, forecasts, and project tracking systems
• Partner with leadership to remove barriers, improve processes, and achieve annual CI goals

What we're looking for

• 5–7 years in Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence within manufacturing
• Prior supervisory xywuqvp or team leadership experience
• Green Belt certification required; Lean Implementer required; Black Belt preferred
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement, root cause analysis, and statistical tools
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change
