Job Details

Visits assigned worksites on a scheduled basis to ensure participants are reporting to work and adjusting to the work environment. Ensures that participants know and abide by both the MSYP and worksite rules and regulations. Serves as a role model so that participants will have a good example of appropriate behavior and DRESS. Counsels with participants concerning work related behavioral and or other problem related matters. Each counseling session must be documented. Collects and reviews participants' timesheets and attendance records, certifying that the information given is consistent and that sheets are prepared correctly. Evaluates the behavior and performance of each participant and report results. Maintains a working relationship with each worksite and the participants worksite supervisor, keeping them informed as the program progress and providing any updated information.
