Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dependable, hands-on Route Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations. This role is responsible for managing a team of route drivers, ensuring deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of route drivers across assigned territories
• Ensure routes are completed on time and in accordance with customer expectations
• Conduct route audits and ride-a-longs to ensure service quality and compliance
• Train and mentor new drivers on company standards and procedures
• Handle customer service concerns quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with plant operations to ensure accurate and timely product loading
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Fill in and run delivery routes when necessary

• 2+ years of experience in route operations, delivery, or logistics (linen or laundry industry experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL a plus but not required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable with route planning software and mobile technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active role
