Job Details

This position is responsible for supervising the maintenance of the facilities of Columbus Consolidated Government buildings. Supervises subordinate employees; conducts performance evaluations; prepares disciplinary reports. Provides logistical support for events. Inventories supplies. Transports inmates. Schedules jobs; assigns tasks to employees. Coordinates special equipment orders. Maintains grounds and the parking garage. Performs pressure washes and de-icing for city-owned facilities. Prepares division budget requests. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of janitorial techniques.
