This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Director of Sales based in Columbus, GA. The Regional Director of Sales will oversee daily operations related to sales, drive business development initiatives, manage customer relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales metrics and analytics, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Work with property sales to identify top accounts in the market and aggressively target those accounts to build corporate base
Minimum of 5 sales calls each week and/or appointments with top prospects in each market you serve. Travel 1-2 days each week working assigned markets
Expectation is for hotels to achieve 116% revpar index with aspirational goal of 120%.
Conduct monthly sales property visits
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote RAM Hotels
Recommend policies and procedures to enhance sales and operations
Enforces sales department company policies and procedures
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
