Description:

A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support learner recruitment and screening for a remote employability training program.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for applicants and manage outreach activities to source prospective learnersSupport learner documentation, onboarding, and collaborate with the marketing team on digital recruitment effortsCoordinate with digital teams to maintain recruitment tools and ensure adherence to policies and guidelinesRequired QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in participant recruitment, marketing, or outreach, preferably in a nonprofit or educational contextStrong relationship-building skills and experience in analyzing data for operational decisionsExperience in digital marketing or outreach, including content creation and social media management is preferredFamiliarity with learning management systems, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is advantageousAbility to work autonomously in a remote environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
