A company is looking for a Payer Workflow & Integration Lead.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on payer workflows, system integrations, and data flowsAdvise implementation teams and customers on solutions within complex payer environmentsIdentify risks and recommend solutions during the implementation lifecycleRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of experience with health plan (payer) systems and operationsHands-on experience with healthcare implementations and system integrationsStrong understanding of end-to-end healthcare workflows in payer settingsExperience working cross-functionally with technical and operational stakeholders
