A company is looking for a Principal, Product Analytics to build and lead analytics efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and implement the end-to-end instrumentation plan for the platform, including event taxonomy and data qualityEstablish core metrics aligned with business goals and define measurable success criteria for product and marketing initiativesAudit existing data systems, close gaps, and establish scalable data standards to improve performance visibilityRequired Qualifications8+ years in analytics with experience leading an analytics function or major initiativeStrong experience with instrumentation and event taxonomy design; familiarity with Segment preferredExperience in building and applying attribution models and defining KPIs across various teamsAbility to work in ambiguous environments and translate business questions into data requirementsExperience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and familiarity with Snowflake and dbt-based data models preferred
