A company is looking for a Consultant II Ideation & Analytics Skilled Nursing.Key Responsibilities:Review medical records using appropriate guidelines and document findingsAudit claims for medically appropriate services in inpatient and outpatient settingsIdentify and develop new methods to improve productivity, quality, and client savingsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Midwifery/General Nursing and Midwifery5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer)2+ years of experience in auditing skilled nursing facility claims2+ years of clinical nursing experience in an inpatient settingExperience in performing medical records review/auditing claims is preferred
