A company is looking for a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst responsible for the configuration and optimization of Workday Compensation and Payroll modules.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary functional subject matter expert for Workday Compensation and Payroll modulesConfigure and maintain compensation and payroll-related Workday business processes and support cyclical eventsConduct data audits and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance between Workday and payroll outputsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience6+ years of hands-on Workday experience with functional ownership of Compensation and PayrollExperience supporting enterprise compensation planning cycles and payroll processing in WorkdayProven experience configuring incentive plans and supporting payroll auditsStrong experience with Workday reporting and security related to compensation and payroll data
