The primary responsibilities include educating clients on available health coverage options, providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the enrollment process, and promoting health and wellness solutions. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their health insurance needsBasic knowledge or passion for Health Promotion and WellnessAbility to participate in and benefit from team Training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledgeStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
