What You'll Do

• Own multiple fire sprinkler projects from contract award through final inspection and closeout
• Review contracts, drawings, hydraulic calculations, and specifications
• Build and manage project schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Oversee submittals, procurement, inspections, and AHJ approvals
• Track job costs, labor productivity, and materials to protect project margins
• Prepare and manage change orders
• Lead coordination meetings and support field teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with NFPA standards and safety regulations

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation and project management
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• Experience managing job costs and project financials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• NICET Certification (preferred)
