Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate communication channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials when required, and support orderly traffic flow at the location.; Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports, and communicate notable issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
