Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome visitors at the front desk.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls effectively.
• Book dining reservations for guest using Resy.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Build relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
• Availability Needed: Mornings, Mid-day & Weekend flexibility

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Weekend availability is a must.
