Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Employing radiographic and CT techniques to secure high-quality diagnostic images for medical evaluation
- Collaborating seamlessly with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure precise diagnoses
- Calibrating equipment and positioning patients accurately for superior imaging results
- Upholding rigorous radiation safety practices for both patients and colleagues
- Managing thorough records and imaging logs, ensuring equipment is well-maintained
- Delivering compassionate care throughout the imaging journey
- Contributing to a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging atmosphere
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program is essential
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days from the start of employment
- In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Outstanding communication abilities when interacting with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- A knack for thriving in dynamic environments with adaptability to evolving situations
