Your Responsibilities Include
- Employ advanced radiographic and CT technology to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical examination
- Work closely with a team of radiologists and healthcare professionals to guarantee precise diagnoses
- Skillfully position patients and fine-tune machinery for optimal imaging results
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Keep accurate logs of imaging procedures and maintain equipment proactively
- Deliver compassionate care, supporting patients throughout their imaging experiences
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient environment in the imaging suite
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or capability to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment
- Strong proficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques and safety standards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced environments and adapting swiftly to changes
- Attention to detail combined with a profound sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and state-of-the-art imaging software
