This onsite Occupational Therapy opportunity is available for licensed OTs and COTAs to serve school-aged children in Columbus, GA, and surrounding areas. The position offers full-time hours across the school year with a focus on delivering therapy services in an educational setting.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Provide direct OT or COTA services to students within the school environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student learning and development.
• Monitor and document student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on caseload requirements and student goals.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia OT or COTA license is required.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred, especially with pediatric populations.
• Previous school-based therapy experience is highly valued.
• Ability to work full-time onsite within the district schools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students and multidisciplinary teams.

Location and Schedule:
This role is based near Columbus, GA, with specific school assignments pending district placement. The initial assignment runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, with an option to continue for the next school year from August 3, 2026, to May 21, 2027. The workweek is 37.5 hours, averaging 7.5 hours per day.
