Duties

• Perform window cleaning on commercial buildings, both interior and exterior surfaces.
• Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high windows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
• Inspect windows for damage or issues that may require additional attention or reporting.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or with cleaning chemicals.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during service visits.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with scissor lifts and other height-access equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
