Job Description

• Take ownership of key responsibilities within your function, delivering highquality work that supports business objectives
• Support key initiatives within talent management, employee engagement and leadership coaching
• Handle complex employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive strategic projects forward and improve processes
• Analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to support decisionmaking
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• 3 days onsite in Manhattan

The Successful Applicant

• Experience within financial services or insurance highly preferred
• Experience with US and Canadian populations required
• 7 years of experience in a strategic, HRBP seat required
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and seniority levels
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A growth mindset and genuine interest in longterm career development
• Able to commute on a hybrid schedule to Manhattan
